1. Eligibility

Open to US residents, employees of Up N County/Bonzell Media, 93.7 The Bull and employees’ immediate family members are ineligible, void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsorship

Contest run by Up N Country / Bonzell Media – 120 Jacksonian Drive, Hermitage, TN 37076 

3. Agreement to Rules

By entering this contest, participants agree to abide by Up N County Official Rules and decisions. Up N Country reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at its sole discretion. Participants agree to accept the decision of Up N Country as final and binding.

4. Entry Period

Entries shall be accepted beginning April 1 through April 10.

5. How to Enter

Select your picks for who you think will win at the CMT Awards. Select just one per category. Selecting more than one will disqualify your entry. Get an entry into a special drawing by signing up for the Up N Country VIP Club. One entry per person allowed. Any fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules may result in invalidating a participant’s entries.

6. Prizes

Prizes will consist of swag and gift certificates, not to exceed $600. By agreeing to terms, you allow Up N Country permission to use Winners’ entry, name, and likeness for advertising, promotion, and trade without further compensation or remuneration unless prohibited by law.

7. Selection and Notification of the Winner

Top 20 entries with the most number of accurate guesses on the ballot will be eligible for a random drawing for final winners. Winners will be notified within one week of April 11th. 

Up N Country isn’t liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification of winning if he or she provided a wrong email address or incorrect phone number or if their email security settings caused the prize notification to go into the spam or junk folder.

8. Rights Granted by the Entrant

Up N Country, upon submission of an entry into the giveaway or contest has the right to use the participant’s submission, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, etc., for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.

9. Terms & Conditions

Up N Country reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond your control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the contest/giveaway.

Up N Country reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates the terms, and the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of this promotion.

10. Limitation of Liability

Entry into this contest constitutes your agreement to release and hold harmless Up N Country and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.

11. Disputes

Entrants agree, as a condition of participating in the promotion, that disputes not resolved between the participant and Up N Country shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in your state, without resorting to any form of class action. Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and they waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Entrants information shall not be shared for compensation.

14. Social Media Platform Rules

The Up N Country CMT Awards Contest hosted by Up N Country is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Tik Tok.

15. Affirmation of Acceptance of and Agreement to All of the Official Rules

By entering the contest, the entrant has affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the the above terms and conditions. Also consider including a checkbox on your entry form that states something like, “By checking here, You, the Entrant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.”
