best advice I would say anyone has given me is probably Taylor holder to slow down. I would say slow down. Oh Um, you know, I had a bad habit of like, constantly going, going going because I thought that if I take the slightest bit then this would all be over tomorrow, you know? So I would say slowing down and just like being more present with life and understanding what the point of life is,
